Google Museum Island

Increasing Public Awareness & Consideration for Google Museum Island

(Paid Media & Audience Insight)

I conducted research for Google to inform its Museum Island campaign, digging into modern Berliners - defining segments of who they were, what made them tick, and how they may feel about Google and its Museum Island. The campaign was shaped accordingly and I managed media delivery on paid social, targeting key audiences. It achieved huge results — reaching 7.3M people. More importantly, however: before the campaign, Museum Island was ranked #73 amongst cultural institutions in terms of social engagement. By the end, it was ranked #5 and attendance up by 8%.
