I developed social insight dashboards and ongoing research for LBG, so they could better understand their customer base. Working with the social intelligence team, I developed complex Boolean and social panels — enabling them to stay abreast of social cohorts and create risk-based radars to alert them of real time crises. In addition — I developed paid media test and learn frameworks for the financial institution, to help them understand how to better engage UK consumers with core insurance products.
